This policy explains what information DoodleCozy (“we”) collects when you visit doodlecozy.com or place an order, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you order, we receive your name, email, shipping address, phone number and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never receive or store your full card number. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what’s needed with: Stripe (payments), our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers (to deliver your order), and our hosting provider. These services handle your data under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

Our site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe’s checkout page may set cookies it needs for security and fraud prevention.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@doodlecozy.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

Our products are made for families, but purchases must be made by adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
