By using doodlecozy.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, because of a pricing error or suspected fraud). If we do, you’ll get a full refund. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method.

Product use

Please follow the included care and safety instructions. Markers are not for children under 3, and young children should be supervised. Colors may look slightly different from what’s shown on screen, and the illustrations on this site show the general design.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
